Because You Can't Get A Walmart Greeter's Job If You've Worked For JPL

You know how people lie on resumes, but this article equates that to the growing trend of people to downplay their experience on their resumes. That happens because in this economy, it's common to be told you're overqualified for pretty much every job. Is it lying to leave things off the resume? Isn't it different when the stuff being omitted ISN'T in and of itself harmful? Is it a crime to leave some details out so you can get past the initial screening, if the stuff being left out isn't bad? (Minneapolis Star-Tribune)
