Despite what the headlines, and the talk, and the buzz at certain radio conventions at which I am presently trapped would have you think, the latest research from Forrester says that most people don't have smartphones. What, not everybody owns an iPhone or Android phone? No, just 17% of Americans do, and under 25% of young demos do. Eventually, they WILL probably all own smartphones, but they don't right now. (CNN)
