A nutritionist lost weight on the Twinkies and Steak Diet. Nothing but Twinkies, steak, Nutter Butters, milk, and a multivitamin for a month. And he knew he would lose weight -- 15 pounds! -- but his cholesterol went DOWN, his GOOD cholesterol went up, and his BMI improved. He did it to prove to his students that as long as basic nutritional needs are met, it doesn't matter WHAT you eat, it's how much. So eat what you want, just less of it. And exercise. (ABC News)
