I Vote For The Cell Phone Coverage, But, Then Again, I Don't Live There
-
Should a city be able to ban cell phone antennas because they're ugly? The Ninth Circuit ruled that they can, in a case involving the next town over from mine and my cell phone carrier. Sprint won't be allowed to put up two antennas to fill in coverage in a bad area for signal, because the town says that the towers look bad. What's more important to you, cell phone coverage or keeping the rooflines of town free of antennas?
