CVS gets hit with a $77.6 million fine for, well, basically making it too easy to buy pseudoephedrine, the stuff in Sudafed that also is used in making meth. It wasn't that the store was TRYING to provide enough meth to satisfy everyone in the 909 area code, but that word got out that it was easier to keep coming back and buy the stuff there than at other drug stores. $77.6 million is a lot, even for a huge company, but it's better than jail for the executives.
