Studies show -- this can't be true, can it? -- that 92% of kids have some sort of online presence by age 2. They have domain names, e-mail addresses, photos. Parents are rushing to put their kids online. Is that healthy or inviting invasion of privacy? I can understand securing a URL, but is it necessary for a kid to have a website or e-mail before he or she can read? (Minneapolis Star-Tribune)
