Time to ask whether the Los Angeles Clippers aren't just incompetent but also cursed: Blake Griffin, top draft pick and savior of the NBA franchise, has a stress fracture of the kneecap and will be out for six weeks at the start of the season. That's 20 games right out of the gate. They can't win.
