A woman who was spanked at work in what was billed as a "team-building exercise" will get $1.4 million after the employer's appeal was rejected in court. The "exercise" had employees spanking each other with competitors' signs. What I want to know is WHO THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA. I mean, who sits around thinking, "you know what would increase sales and morale? A smack to the butt"? (KTLA/Los Angeles)
