Fast Food IS A Sort Of Religion
-
The congregation can't afford the upkeep and the place is a wreck, so they want to sell the 163-year-old church to be converted to a Burger King and move to another location. The town historical commission is fighting this, because it's a historic building and, well, Burger King? But what's the church supposed to do if they can't afford to fix the place up and stay there? History's important, but who pays for it? (Boston Herald)
