Take Two M&Ms And Don't Call Me In The Morning

A new study says that most people don't need Vitamin D and Calcium supplements. That's in conflict with what doctors have been telling patients for the last several years. They've been telling patients to take 2,000 units of D and a couple of Calcium pills every day, and now there's evidence that it's useless at best and a danger at worst (the excess Calcium could cause kidney stones or heart disease). So... don't take the pills. For now. There'll probably be another study that contradicts this one before long. (New York Times)
