This article attempts to argue that it's a hot trend for some retirees to move onto college campuses. Then you see how much it costs: $250,000 to $900,000 entry costs, then $2,800 to $7,000 a month. If you can afford that, you can afford to retire any place you want. The college thing is interesting -- cultural opportunities, education, young people -- but I'd go someplace warm.
