You can exercise a lot and never lose weight. Why? Because you have to change your eating habits, too. You can burn more calories by exercise, but if you keep eating the Ho-Hos, you won't lose weight. Oh, and that "afterburn" theory, where your body is supposed to burn more calories faster after exercise? Myth. So... cut the calories, and keep exercising. Maybe it'll work.
