Hey, Is Yogurt Supposed To Be Crunchy?
-
You remember that not too long ago, there were stories about school systems storing expired food, and it raised an uproar. But is "expired food" bad for you? Not necessarily: Expiration dates are guidelines but not hard-and-fast, and if something's been stored properly, it shouldn't be a problem unless you see mold or something. Not that if you have a package of bologna and it expired three years ago, you should eat it. Unless you really want to. (Boston Globe)
