Wow: An elderly couple that fell for the "jailed grandson" scam -- the one where someone posing as their grandson calls claiming to need to be bailed out from an overseas jail via wire transfer -- is getting their money back. Capital One is giving them their money back because it was a fraudulent transaction. But someone'll have to make up for that lost, and it's everyone else. How do people fall for this?
