This guy's figured something out about photo radar: It can be beaten. How? He helps people prove they weren't speeding by using math. See, the cameras take two pictures of the alleged speeding. And in that time, the car travels a certain distance. Measure the distance, compare with the time elapsed, and you get a speed rating that usually varies greatly with the number measured by the radar. Voila, the ticket, she is no good.
