Ripped From The Headlines, And The Schedule

KVOA-TV in Tucson won't show an upcoming episode of "Law and Order: LA" in prime time and will delay it to 1 am, because nobody cares about "Law and Order: LA." Also because it's based closely on the Gabrielle Giffords shooting. At least they're showing it, but it raises two topics: One, when is "too soon" no longer an issue -- how long do you have to wait? And two, do producers of shows like this have a conscience? If their families were affected by a murder, would they be okay with Hollywood fictionalizing the incident and throwing it onto TV?
