The Cars That Go Boom Get A Break
-
Judges on the Florida District Court of Appeal have ruled that a state law banning loud music blasting from a car stereo system is an unconstitutional violation of the douchebag's free speech because it has an exemption for business or political vehicles. Perhaps that's true, but then maybe they should just put a volume limit on ALL vehicles. Nobody's saying you can't listen to whatever you want, but when your car is shaking mine because you want to impress people with how loud your stereo can get, that's not free speech, that's just being an a-hole.
