Chicago Ruler For Life... er, Mayor Daley knows who's to blame for the Fort Hood massacre. Make that WHAT'S to blame: America's love of guns. Yeah, that must have done it. Not a guy with radical impulses and a psychotic streak. Nope. And it apparently didn't occur to him that this happened on a military base. Does he think that they should ban guns on a military base?
