Wait. Wasn't the whole idea of creating a Homeland Security Department that we'd see information shared among agencies so that another 9/11 miscommunication wouldn't happen again? Looks like the FBI and the Joint Terrorism Task Forces just plain didn't bother to tell the military about the Fort Hood shooter's e-mails to the radical Imam. Why not? Why wouldn't they want the Army to know? Why did a Defense Department investigator decide not to tell the Army? Why did they look at the e-mails and think, well, nobody needs to know this?
