We've talked about the college nutrition professors who have done junk food diets and lost weight while improving cholesterol. Here's another one, a guy who went on what they're calling, inaccurately, a "Twinkie diet," which saw him limiting his calories but eating only junk you can buy at a convenience store. The result: Lost weight, lowered bad cholesterol. Typical warnings about can't do it long term need vitamins blah blah blah. Bottom line: Eat less of whatever you eat and you'll lose weight.
