The Right To Bear Arms Doesn't Require Working Arms

A judge has overruled a state decision to deny this guy a license to own firearms. The denial was probably because he's a quadriplegic and therefore can't hold a gun or pull the trigger. Well, actually, he can mount it on the wheelchair and operate it with a breathing tube. And the right to bear arms doesn't have an exception for people who can't USE the guns; you can still OWN them, right? The judge agrees.
