According to a Census analysis, California's lost almost a quarter-million of children 5-9. That's down 8%. In L.A. County, it's down 21%. Is that among legal residents? Is the population boom now a bust? Are people having fewer kids because of the economy? Does this mean we can cut spending on schools? What does this mean? (KNBC-TV/Los Angeles)
