She just turned 30. Maybe that's why this woman took her 2- and 4-year-old kids in the car and took off... drunk. She even had an uncapped bottle of rum in the diaper bag. The cops had to chase her 4 1/2 miles before she'd pull over. Other than that, she's probably a GREAT mother.
