The bank foreclosed on this couple's house, but it turned out that they weren't in arrears on their mortgage, considering that they paid cash for the place and never did take out a mortgage. And the court awarded them attorney's fees after they proved it in court. Five months later, the bank hadn't paid, so the couple's attorney did what you'd hope he'd do: He foreclosed on the bank. He showed up with guys ready to cart off the contents of the bank, and that's when the manager reluctantly handed over the fees. That is so perfect.
