A 14-year-old allegedly stole a couple of vodka bottles in a violent confrontation with a store owner. The kid ran. The store owner had a heart attack and died. The kid's been charged with murder. It falls under the "should have known" part of "knew or should have known that his actions would cause the death." "I don't know what kind of family he has," the store owner's widow said, working there on the day of her husband's funeral. "I feel sorry for his parents." Does he even have parents?
