Didn't Know They Had Sports Teams, Either
-
A Mennonite college has banned the National Anthem before its athletic events, and the community is upset. But a few things: They're Mennonite, so they're against war and violent imagery, which makes their antipathy to the Anthem explainable. Second, who would have even known that they don't play the Anthem had it not been publicized? I went to a Quaker school, and I don't remember the Anthem ever being played before anything there, and so what? Didn't affect how I see things. (Fox News)
