Here's a DUI case with a defendant who REALLY should know better: a city attorney, who'll have to wear an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet until her trial. She's accused of DUI, hit and run and having an open container of alcohol in her car. The prosecutor says her BAC was .281. I can't imagine even being able to open the car door at .281. (Las Vegas Sun)
