If The Parents Paid Any Attention To Where Their Kids Are, There Wouldn't Be Mobs

We've seen a rash of violent teenage flash mobs in New York and, most recently, Philadelphia, where a few dozen kids marauded their way down North Broad Street (not, it should be pointed out, the best neighborhood), breaking the leg of a woman who works for the local edition of The Onion. This article asks whether parents should pay for flash mob damage. Should they? SOMEONE should. The kids sure don't. (WTXF-TV (Fox 29)/Philadelphia)
