Just Keep An EpiPen Handy At All Times

This column is by a woman who's also written a book about her life with severe allergies. She was one of those people with such severe allergies that she couldn't eat a lot of food, couldn't even be around people eating, say, peanuts, all of the "bubble girl" stuff. And now she's telling allergy sufferers that they need to get past that, maybe suffer a little, and start living life more normally. I guess she got tired of having no fun at all, having to watch everything she eats and what others eat around her. Should people with severe allergies take more chances and get out into the "real world"? (Wall Street Journal)
