How is it even possible that two mothers were handed the wrong babies in the hospital? And that they were left with the wrong match for 8 1/2 hours, and breast-fed the wrong babies, before anyone thought to check the ID bracelets -- in fact, it was a family member who had some doubts? The hospital, in Australia, is blaming "human error" -- someone whose job it was to check didn't. How does the hospital make that one right? (Sydney Morning Herald)
