You Had A Rash WHERE?!?
-
For years, we've been encouraged to allow our medical records to be stored online. Google tried to make a business out of it for a while. But when you hear that one company put 300,000 Californians' medical records online and they were accidentally exposed to the world, including Social Security numbers and details about people's most intimate medical conditions, you can see why people don't want this. Of course, the records can be stolen or exposed in other ways, like when they're not locked away in files or some company dumps paper records in the garbage, but having the stuff right there online is particularly scary.
