This Australian mining company lays down a strict list of "office etiquette" rules: no eating smelly food, no throwing jackets on your chair. no Post-it notes on your monitors or keyboards. I can understand strict rules if the place is out of control, and in cases where a lot of the public or clients are ferried through the workplace I can see them wanting to manage the office's appearance, but no Post-its? Really? How can people work if they're being micromanaged like that? (Sydney Morning Herald)
