Federal regulations are making this town spend $12,000 on new street signs. See, their street signs are all UPPER CASE, equal-sized letters. Federal regulations say that the first letters have to be larger and prescribe other rules that they say make the signs especially readable. Is this something the federal government should be getting involved in? (WCAU-TV (NBC10)/Philadelphia)
