Use The Drive-Thru Like Everyone Else
-
This guy's 290 pounds, with a big belly, and he's suing White Castle because their booths are too small and his gut wedges against the table. Seriously, he's invoking the Americans with Disabilities Act. Question: Was the ADA intended to cover people being fat like that? Is that a "disability"? And if he ate someplace healthier, might he be better able to fit into the booths? (In fairness, some fast food joints cram more seating in by making the booths very narrow, but, hey, you don't HAVE to eat there) (New York Post; Thanks to Jeff Katz at WXKS (Talk 1200)/Boston for the link)
