Might Want To Take A Constitutional Refresher Course There
-
This case has been big local news for a while in Orange County, but the result is that a bunch of Muslim students who shouted down the Israeli ambassador at a college speech were found guilty of disrupting the speech and put on probation. They reacted by proclaiming that their free speech rights had been violated and that this is un-American. But is shouting down someone else's free speech really free speech? Should you be able to claim the constitutional right to prevent someone else from speaking? (Los Angeles Times)
