You're not sleeping well. Must be the mattress, right? No, despite all the commercials that try to sell you on the idea that the mattress is the most important part of a good night's sleep, the experts say that the problem is that you either have a sleep disorder like sleep apnea or you just don't get enough sleep. I don't know that I buy this a hundred percent, though, because a mattress that makes you feel comfortable has to help you get a better night's sleep, doesn't it? I mean, if it's too hard, and it makes your shoulder hurt, you're not going to sleep well. (New York Times)
