-
Anybody who has visited New York in recent years and has taken a taxi ride knows that when you start moving, your ears get blasted with the sound of the little TV monitor showing you messages for travelers and those Sandy Kenyon reports. Finally, somebody's doing something about it. No, they're not getting rid of Sandy Kenyon. What they're doing is making it easier for you to turn down the volume.
