What He Has To Do
-
This guy could go to jail because one arm of the judicial system doesn't talk to the other. Here's why: an investigation by social workers found that the mother of his daughter and her boyfriend may have physically abused the 4-year-old. He went and got an order of protection from the court, and then did not allow the mother to see the girl for 2 months, to protect the girl from abuse. But a juvenile court judge has decided that refusing to allow the girl to see the mother constituted contempt of court for a violation of the custody agreement. Put yourself in his position: if there was evidence that your child was being abused by your ex, would you stick to the custody agreement or would you try to protect your kid? (WEWS–TV/Cleveland)
