The RIAA Wants To Know If It Can Sue Someone Over This
-
There's not always honor among thieves or, it seems, people who make fake documents: A woman arrested for making fake immigration documents told the FBI that she'd gotten the software, which she kept on a flash drive in her bra (!), from another man who she had to pay $500 a month for the software. And when she decided to cut him out, she lied and told him she was quitting the business, then pirated the software to keep at it. Isn't there a provision in the DMCA about that? Thanks to Frank Murphy at WWST (Star 102.1)/Knoxville for the link.
