You Expected They'd Pick A Radio Company?

Apparently, there's some place called the Great Place to Work Institute, which sounds a little dodgy to me. Anyway, they've picked the best place to work in America, and they say it's Microsoft. But it's not based on pay, it's based on things like trust and the ability to have flexibility in your duties and change jobs if you so desire. The people who work there seem to agree. And I'm sure it's a great place to work, as long as you don't mind being anonymous, and you don't mind working on things that, other than Windows Phone, aren't all that exciting. (KOMO–TV/Seattle)
