This is another article that tries to convince everybody that there is a trend going on, but I don't know if that's true. Regardless, it appears that some young underemployed people are trying their hands at entrepreneurial stuff that you might not expect them to try: how about renting sheep to see people's lawns? Or raising chickens, or starting small organic farms? It isn't what most people think they're going to do with their degrees, and isn't making them rich, not yet, at least. But I imagine that renting sheep is a lot less stressful than working on Wall Street or for a big law firm. (New York Times)
