An Extra-Large Plastic Target Bag Is Not A Proper Carry-On
-
This article is a series of anecdotes and comparisons of carry-ons, but it does lead to a topic about how you pack for travel. Obviously, it's changed over the last decade. Most people don't like to check bags, but are you carrying a different type of case onto the plane? How do you deal with the fight for overhead bin space? Personally, because I travel a lot, I've gotten it down to one carry-on and a backpack for my work stuff, and the carry-on is smaller than the one I used to use. I got tired of a standard carry-on not fitting in the bin. (New York Times)
