I don't know whether you have anything that you can do with this information, but a study indicates that three quarters of the honey sold in supermarkets across America may not be, technically, real honey. That's because the pollen is removed. Pollen is, to people who make these determinations, essential for real honey. But if the fake honey tastes like the real thing, doesn't have chemicals in it, and is for all intents and purposes impossible to distinguish from the real thing without sending it to a lab, do you care?
