Tip: If you're going to try to perform a citizen's arrest against another driver, make sure that a) you're right, and b) you didn't break the law yourself. In this case, a guy was trying to merge onto the Interstate and a truck didn't let him in, so he sped up, got in front of the truck, and stopped, intending to make a citizen's arrest. But the police wrote him up for reckless driving, because you can't just cut in front of somebody and stop on a freeway. And there can't be too many people who aren't thinking that it serves him right for trying to do a citizen's arrest in the first place. That's always kind of a dickish move. (Livingston Enterprise)
