Psst. Hey, Bud. You Need Some Cottonelle? I Got Some. For A Price

There's a lot being written about the budget dispute between the Trenton, NJ city council and unions and the Mayor over a $42,000 budget line item for paper goods that has left the city's facilities without toilet paper. This is, of course, ridiculous on every level -- $42,000 for TP and paper towels? -- but if I worked there, I'd just go to the Walmart, buy a case of TP, and stash some in my office desk, locked away, for personal use only. It's not that expensive, and you can't wait for the council to buy it for you these days. (Trenton Times)
