Shut Up, Celine

History is told by the survivors, but as they die off, it's left to the descendents to keep the memory alive. And that's the case with the Titanic, which is why they're gathering 30 direct descendants of Titanic passengers at the Titanic Museum this week to attend a musical tribute, and I think that's a mistake. I couldn't care less about people singing about the Titanic, but if the descendents have stories to tell -- and they do -- I'd want to go and hear that.
