The story about the woman who alleges she was unfairly fired after donating a kidney to help her boss is a little puzzling. See, on one hand, she says she didn't do it for the job security, she only did it to save a life. On the other hand, She's suing for monetary damages. So, which is it? You can't say you did it for purely selfless reasons and still demand your job back and damages. On the other other hand, once you give up a kidney for the boss (in this case, not TO the boss -- they weren't a match, but the donation to someone else bumped the boss up the list), the boss shouldn't feel so ready to push you out the door.
