Every Day's St. Patrick's Day

A former employee of a KFC in Oregon alleges in a lawsuit that he got fired because he refused to cook and serve green chicken. Yes, he says that he refused to serve meat that smelled bad and had a light green tint, and another employee says the same thing, claiming that she got fired for throwing away bad meat. The state says that the meat might not have been a health risk, as long as it's cooked well enough. So cooking the stuff to death will make it all right? Oh. And this reminds me that we've all eaten stuff that would appall us if we knew what it was like before being cooked to death. (KOIN-TV/Portland; Thanks to Bob Miller at KPAM/Portland for the link)
