It's not WHAT you eat, a new study shows, but WHEN you eat. Eat too late and you're screwing with evolution and will gain weight. The idea is that we were built to fast overnight, for about 2/3 of the hours in the day. But people have dinner at 9, 10, or 11 pm now. Funny thing: Years ago, someone told me never to eat after 7 pm, and I follow that advice. Not sure it works for me, but I do it anyway. (KGTV/San Diego)
