Hey, Starbucks Hires Only Disaffected Hipsters. How About Investigating That?

There's a chain of coffee shops in the Boston area called Marylou's, and they're known for having young, attractive women as baristas, all wearing pink t-shirts. Now, the EEOC is investigating them for discrimination in hiring. The chain says that it's merely a function of who applies for the jobs, but let's just agree that they ONLY hire a "type." Is that something the feds should concern themselves with? Should the chain be forced to hire less attractive people? How about guys? Should a business have the right to create a particular image and stick to it in hiring? (coughHOOTERScough) And, to be contrary, what if they decide that their "image" is whites-only?
